Qualifications

• Seven years of related maintenance experience or proven ability to perform described responsibilities.
• Proficiency in pump and valve overhaul procedures, especially aerospace-related equipment.
• Ability to work from schematics, blueprints, engineering drawings, and machine tool testing procedures.
• Possession of required tools and ability to set up and operate hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of national, state, and local electrical codes.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic technology, including pumps and piping.
• Computer skills to operate programs, create reports, and maintain spreadsheets.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul tasks on complex machine tools.
• Conduct test runs and repair malfunctions in control systems.
• Maintain and repair high-precision machine tools.
• Train machinists and other personnel on machine principles.
• Coordinate hazardous materials tasks and maintain inventory.
• Install and maintain complete electrical wiring and equipment.
