Job summary

Belcan in Torrance, CA is seeking a skilled technician to perform precision soldering on PCBs and to manufacture or repair cables and harnesses. You will interpret blueprints and electrical schematics, fabricate test boxes, and build or repair test consoles while complying with U.S.

export controls. The role requires 4–6 years of field experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in J-standard soldering for both new and reworked PCBs.

Job description

Shift: 5 am - 1:30 pm (PST), 40 hours/week

Pay rate: $38/hour

• Studies and records time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency and establish a standard production rate in performance of maintenance, production, clerical, and other worker operations.
