Senior Engineering Technician

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Technician to join our team in Newtown, PA.

Our skilled Engineering Technicians play a vital role in designing and manufacturing cutting-edge telemetry products for aerospace flight testing and monitoring technologies. Working in our state-of-the-art labs, you will perform complex operational tests on critical systems and equipment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist Design/Test Engineers with design verification testing and designing test fixtures/cables for development testing.
• Create acceptance test procedures and test setups for new product introduction into full production.
• Support qualification testing both in-house and at external labs.
• Write system-level acceptance test procedures and qualification test plans.
• Support production testing and resolve test issues.
• Handle customer returns as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or technology preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Engineering Technician preferred.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting digital and analog circuit boards to the component level.
• Familiarity with lab test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
• Understanding of network technologies (Ethernet, IP).
• Experience with interfaces like RS232/422, IEEE-1394b, Fibre Channel, PCM, Ethernet 100/1000BT + 10G.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
