Exodigo is a leader in underground mapping solutions. We seek a Program Manager, Engineering Services to own client relationships, deliver high‑quality utility design, subsurface engineering and AI‑assisted design work.

You will manage complex contracts, budgets and staffing, ensuring on‑time, on‑margin delivery for major public and private clients. You will lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, designers and data professionals, drive pursuit activity and help win follow‑on work while

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
• PE license in at least one US state; comity licenses as needed.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years managing design or engineering‑services contracts for clients.
• Public‑sector client experience (state DOTs, transit agencies, airports, public utilities or municipalities).
• Proven record of growing and retaining large, complex client accounts with follow‑on work.
• Experience with utility design and subsurface utility engineering.
• Strong command of project controls: work plans, fee estimates, budgets, schedules, earned value, change management and risk registers.
• Experience preparing proposals and presenting in client interviews.
• Understanding of public‑sector procurement and contract types (QBS, IDIQ/on‑call, task‑order and design‑build).
• Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication with technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and work effectively in a remote, high‑growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own client relationships with Exodigo’s largest engineering‑services clients from award through renewal.
• Manage delivery quality, client satisfaction and commercial growth.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers and data specialists to deliver on‑time, on‑budget results.
• Lead or support technical approaches, staffing and scope sections of proposals and interviews.
• Track programs, solicitations and contract vehicles; maintain CRM records for health, pipeline and forecast.
