Exodigo, a leading underground mapping solutions provider, seeks a Program Manager for Engineering Services to own client outcomes and drive growth. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality design and subsurface engineering deliverables for major utility and government clients.

The role blends delivery leadership with business development, requiring strong communication, risk management, and strategic planning capabilities in a fast‑growing company.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical or related engineering.
• PE license in at least one US state is required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years managing design or engineering‑services contracts.
• Public-sector client experience is required.
• Experience growing and retaining large client accounts with follow‑on work.
• Strong understanding of utility design and subsurface utility engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own the client relationship from award through renewal.
• Ensure client satisfaction by setting expectations and reporting status.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver designs on time and on budget.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs; track hours and earned value.
• Lead or support proposals, pricing and interviews for future work.
• Travel up to 40% and work effectively in a remote, high‑growth environment.
