Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage all shop associates (scheduling, work assignments, safety, etc).
• Manage preventive maintenance on all machinery to assure reliability.
• Manage calibration procedures.
• Manage troubleshooting and assure proper solutions to breakdowns.
• Facilitate training of Engineering Services associates.
• Manage maintenance of relevant Quality System Records and Procedures.
• Manage proper building maintenance.
• Coordinate projects with Process Improvement Engineers.
• Work on any other projects as assigned by the Plant Manager.
• Understand environmental impacts and comply with Environmental Policies and Rules.
