Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Senior Engineering Recruiter to build robust candidate pipelines and partnerships with engineering teams. You will engage actively through social networks, craft targeted emails, and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a rigorous approach to candidate assessment. Based in Plano, TX, the position offers on-site work four days a week with one remote day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Senior Engineering Recruiter with minimum 3 years experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for multicultural contexts.
• Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical knowledge.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively builds solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Dice, Greenhouse).
• Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
• Execute sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals) and manage candidate experience.
• Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, needs, and qualifications.
• Establish and maintain accurate pipelines of searches, recruiting activity and contact data.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively builds solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs, by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Dice, and Greenhouse)

• Crafting and sending recruiting emails.

• Execute sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals etc.), managing candidate experience through the sourcing process.

• Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualifications

• Establish and maintain accurate and well documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

• To qualify for the Senior Engineering Recruiter min. 3 yrs experience

• Very good interpersonal and communication skills to use in a multicultural context

• Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical knowledge

• Microsoft Office experience

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM, preferred
