Job summary

Alphia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to develop and execute capital and process improvement projects across multiple manufacturing sites. You will lead cross-functional teams with engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement, and leadership to deliver improvements in capacity, safety, and quality, ensuring projects finish on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 7 years in manufacturing with 3 years in PM, has experience delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
7+ years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in a project management role.
Proven experience delivering capital projects in manufacturing.
Knowledge of PM principles, plant layouts, utilities and equipment.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end capital and process improvement projects from concept through startup.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers for alignment.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
Support capital plans and business case justifications.
Lead project reporting and communicate with leadership and site teams.
Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.
Provide technical support to maintenance functions.
Develop and review technical and operational standards.
