Hargrove is seeking a Project Manager to oversee engineering projects from angleton office. You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality, lead a cross-functional team, and coordinate with clients to align scope and deliverables.

Ideal candidates have up to 10 years in engineering project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Position based in Angleton, TX with a focus on on-site project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering
• PMP preferred
• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management
• Ability to lead a team to deliver on commitments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage promotional projects and accurately estimate professional services man hours
• Manage commercial contracts on one or more projects and ensure timely invoicing
• Maintain control of project budget, schedule, and quality; use project controls tools
• Lead the project team and coordinate with client and stakeholders
• Plan and conduct weekly coordination meetings; align client expectations with project plan
• Review vendor submittals and documentation for compliance with drawings and specs
