Qualifications

• Experience leading complex engineering/prototyping/testing projects to integration and manufacture.
• Education aligned with business, finance or engineering disciplines as listed above.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans with stakeholder input and obtain leadership approval.
• Incorporate quality control early to ensure customer requirements and engineering standards are met.
• Track progress against the approved project plan across the lifecycle.
• Communicate with engineering teams to assess progress and mitigate risks.
• Develop risk mitigation options to protect cost and schedule.
• Provide leadership with regular updates on progress, risks and mitigation plans.
• Create a risk registry with input from engineers showing impacts to cost/schedule.
• Initiate BCPs and obtain approvals for changes as needed.
• Identify resource gaps and communicate needs to senior leadership to meet program requirements.
• Generate presentation materials to clearly communicate project status.
