You will manage the product life cycle, configuration control, and critical operational cycles while removing roadblocks and improving workflows. The role requires 4+ years in engineering program management in hardware/software, with strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years as Engineering Program Manager or Technical Project Manager in a complex hardware/software environment.
• 2+ years as an engineer in a similar setting.
• Ability to estimate effort, build detailed plans, and deliver programs on time while balancing risk.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous environments and independent issue research.
• Experience removing roadblocks and influencing stakeholders without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in technical docs and reports.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence/MS Project/Smartsheet and custom reporting dashboards.
• Experience managing product lifecycles, BOMs, ECOs, and document control systems.
• Background with physical systems, hardware integration, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project plans with engineering leads.
• Implement metrics to monitor health and delivery timelines.
• Own schedule and progress tracking for critical operations.
• Design and iterate on engineering workflows to boost velocity.
• Coordinate PLC processes from development to productization.
• Ensure robust configuration management and documentation control.
• Deliver clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
