Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Manager or Technical Project Manager in a complex hardware/software environment
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineer in a hardware/software environment
• Proven ability to estimate effort, build and manage detailed project plans, and deliver programs on time
• Strong judgment in ambiguous environments, with the ability to independently research issues and propose solutions
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally, removing roadblocks and influencing stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep experience with project tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Proven experience managing product lifecycles, BOMs, ECOs, and document control systems
• Strong background dealing with physical systems, hardware integration, or operational facilities
• Track record of operating independently and rolling out improved processes with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Partner with engineering leads to build and execute project plans with KPIs to monitor health.
• Operational Execution & Roadblock Removal: Own schedules; clear bottlenecks; minimize downtime.
• Process Architecture & Tooling Optimization: Design and iterate engineering workflows; optimize Jira/Confluence workflows.
• Product Life Cycle (PLC) & Configuration Management: Manage PLC from development to productization; enforce change control.
• System Productization: Transition complex R&D systems into stable, scalable products.
• Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Provide visibility through docs, reports, and exec presentations.
