Job summary

Medtronic plc in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager within the Pelvic Health Operating Unit. You will lead cross-functional operations activities that support new product introductions, manufacturing readiness, and supply chain preparedness, ensuring quality compliance and successful transfer of products into commercial production.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional product development and new product introduction programs.
• Experience working in regulated industries with quality systems.
• Ability to manage project schedules, risks, budgets, and operational performance metrics.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and design history files (DHF).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Operations teams to deliver new product introduction milestones, manufacturing readiness, and commercialization objectives.
• Represent Operations as the primary interface to product development core teams and ensure operational requirements are incorporated into program decisions.
• Develop and manage operations project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and performance metrics throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Define manufacturing and supply chain strategies, including site selection, capacity planning, and contract manufacturing scope.
• Drive completion of design transfer activities, manufacturing scale-up plans, validation strategies, and operational deliverables for product launch.
