Job summary

Medtronic in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Engineering Program Manager (CTOR) to lead operations readiness for new product introductions within the Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health portfolio. This onsite role partners with cross-functional product development, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure successful commercialization.

You will drive manufacturing strategies, risk management, and performance metrics while representing operations on core teams from concept

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of program management in NPI.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years PM experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in product development, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience managing schedules, risks, budgets, and execution deliverables.
• Experience supporting product commercialization and manufacturing transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations planning, execution, and implementation activities for new product introduction programs.
• Serve as the primary Operations representative on cross-functional product development core teams.
• Lead extended operations teams to achieve program milestones, budget targets, and commercialization objectives.
• Drive manufacturing and supply chain risk identification, mitigation planning, and schedule risk burndown.
• Define manufacturing strategies including site selection, make-versus-buy, and equipment sourcing.
• Coordinate design transfer activities and launch readiness across value streams.
• Ensure compliance with Quality System requirements and regulatory deliverables.
