Providence is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to partner with Engineering to define and design enterprise IS services that delight caregivers and drive value. The role spans a broad scope across a business unit and requires strong analysis, design, and collaboration across stakeholders.

You will lead with a fast-paced team, coordinating with IS, project teams, and caregivers to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes, while maintaining alignment with Providence's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering.
5 years of related experience leading complex engineering programs in endpoint, digital employee experience (DEX), or similar programs.
Strong program and project experience.

Responsibilities

Define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence.
Collaborate with Engineering and business stakeholders across a business unit.
Manage the release and establish the service's identity in the ecosystem.
