As a Senior Engineering Program Manager focused on the Mobile Device service line, you will partner with engineering teams to deliver solutions that enhance the experiences of caregivers across Providence. The role is broad across a business unit and deep in technical, process, and continuous‑improvement requirements for developing and building enterprise‑wide IS services. You will define and shape user‑centric designs and data strategies, build data pipelines, manage data warehouses, and ensure high‑quality, readily available data. This role will bridge business needs with technical infrastructure, requiring data engineering skills and the ability to manage complex, long‑term technical projects. Your responsibilities include collaborating closely with business and IS partners, turning caregiver insights into meaningful features, driving adoption through education and reporting, and championing quality while advocating for continuous improvement across engineering processes. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, meet constant on‑time delivery demands, and apply strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, communication, and partnering skills.
This role is hybrid and open to candidates residing within a daily commuting radius of up to 65 miles from any of our primary office locations listed below.
California (Southern California, except Bakersfield): $63.91 – $108.82
Oregon (Portland service area): $61.31 – $104.39
Washington (Western, except Tukwila): $63.91 – $108.82
