Job summary

Turtlebox Audio is seeking a Project Manager to own the schedule, budget, and risk for active hardware development programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Industrial Design, Quality, and Supply Chain to keep programs visible and on track.

You will drive gate reviews, ensure accurate status updates, and push for conflict-free execution while maintaining trust with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or Business required.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional NPD programs.
• Experience in hardware product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the program schedule, budget, and risk across active NPD programs.
• Run weekly cross-functional cadence with Engineering, ID, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Prepare clear program status updates for leadership with no spin.
• Drive gate reviews and ensure timely decisions and actions.
• Maintain single source of truth for status, timelines, and open items.
• Build and refine stage-gate processes for scaling.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
