Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a technical field.
• 10+ years of project or program management experience in complex technology systems.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and execution tracking across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional product development programs from concept through industrialization and manufacturing transfer.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, budgets, resource requirements and phase-gate expectations.
• Provide leadership across engineering, product marketing, operations, supply chain and manufacturing to align priorities and resolve roadblocks.
• Coordinate multi-site programs across U.S., Europe and offshore partners for readiness and delivery.
• Identify, assess and manage risks; drive mitigation and contingency planning with design/process readiness reviews.
• Make timely decisions amid ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and metrics.
