MKS Instruments seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex NPI and advanced development programs in the Vacuum Products division. You will manage multiple concurrent projects from concept through production, collaborating with engineering leaders and business GM in a matrixed environment.

The role requires strong technical curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and independent work with clear upward communication on status, risks and resources. Onsite in Andover, MA with up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field.
• 10+ years of hardware product development experience.
• Ability to manage multi-project programs in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of stage-gate product development processes.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Gantt/PERT and Scrum concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-project programs across full product lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and business teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules and risk management.
• Own program financials including budgets and variance reporting.
• Lead program and gate reviews with senior leadership.
