Job summary

You will design and implement engineering processes, track KPIs, and provide clear status updates to leadership while reducing bottlenecks and downtime across critical cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience required.
• 4+ years as Engineering Program Manager or Technical Project Manager in hardware/software environments.
• 2+ years as an engineer in complex hardware/software settings.
• Strong ability to estimate effort and manage detailed project plans to on-time delivery.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical reports and exec summaries.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects; set KPIs and monitor health for predictable delivery.
• Own critical, repetitive operations and remove bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
• Design and optimize engineering workflows; improve Jira/Confluence tooling and dashboards.
• Coordinate PLC processes from development to productization with change control.
• Productize complex R&D systems into stable, scalable offerings.
• Communicate status, risks, and dependencies across hardware, software and operations teams.
