Job summary

Apple Ads is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to oversee major ads initiatives across Apple Services. You will lead planning, prioritization, and execution of large engineering programs, coordinating with product and engineering teams to meet milestones and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will manage risks, communicate progress to executives, and align program goals with dependent teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication; executive presence.
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized, resilient under pressure.
• Experience with long lead time project lifecycle.
• Bachelor's/Master's in CS, distributed systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, prioritization and execution of large engineering initiatives across Apple Services.
• Collaborate with EPM, engineering and product teams to define requirements and dependencies.
• Drive quarterly planning and ensure alignment with program goals and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies to closure.
