Qualifications

• 8–10 years in technical program management leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Ability to move between technical discussions and strategic discussions with stakeholders.
• Strong user, technical, and business intuition for scalable solutions.
• Excellent program management: planning, scoping, dependency and risk management.
• Clear communication to senior stakeholders without creating noise.
• Calm, steady in ambiguity, with a bias to execution.
• Owner mentality with systems-thinking and collaborative style.

Responsibilities

• Own large Ads programs end-to-end from concept through launch and measure business outcomes.
• Partner with Product to shape roadmaps based on priorities and platform opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing to align strategy, timing, and go-to-market.
• Assess dependencies, oversee testing, and improve scalability and operational readiness.
• Help shape experiences for advertisers and buyers so Ads feels native within the eBay journey.
• Translate user problems into scalable platform features across products and use cases.
• Drive clear plans, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain execution momentum.
