Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an Engineering Program Manager for Enterprise Technology Services in Sunnyvale, CA. You will own the program end-to-end, define strategy, and build a cross-functional team to standardize work-tracking across IS&T at scale.

You will design hierarchies, run pilots, and drive adoption across Apple’s engineering footprint while communicating clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders. This is a high-visibility, ambiguous-by-design role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading large, cross-organizational programs.
• Experience with enterprise work-tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow).
• Strong written and verbal communication across executive, peer, and team audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of work-tracking standardization across IS&T.
• Define how engineering work, teams, and ownership are structured for tracking and reporting, aligned with the service catalog.
• Lead taxonomy and hierarchy design for Apple’s enterprise footprint at scale.
• Run focused adoption pilots to prove the operating model before broader rollout.
