Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an EPRC Systems Senior Leader to steer the Emissions and Product Regulatory Compliance software portfolio.

You will bridge business stakeholders and IT, shaping a strategic roadmap, ensuring governance, and delivering critical compliance applications globally. You will guide senior teams in translating business needs into technology solutions, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and IT to meet evolving regulatory

Qualifications

• A degree in an accredited Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related curriculum.
• Strong planning and governance capabilities across short, mid and long-term horizons.
• Experience translating business needs into technology requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Review and revise the EPRC Systems vision and strategic development roadmap; partner with IT to ensure architecture supports the roadmap.
• Lead governance and management of a portfolio of high-impact initiatives and projects; prioritize resources and ensure business value realization.
• Oversee project progress and costs; secure stakeholder support; drive completion on time and within budget.
• Coordinate resources across department, engineering groups, facilities, IT and other areas as needed.
