Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a seasoned Program/Project Manager for its Emissions Compliance team at the Technical Center in the United States. You will coordinate cross-departmental production compliance activities, manage large budgets, and support project setup and reviews.

Strong MS Office skills, regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication are required. Expenditure oversight, monthly forecasting, and agency coordination will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Seven years of professional experience including three years in a program or project manager role.
• Proficiency with project and portfolio tracking tools and MS Office apps.
• Experience in production compliance or regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Production Compliance program activities across multiple departments.
• Manage large program budgets and provide updated forecasts.
• Support project setup, tracking, and monthly review meetings.
• Monitor compliance-related testing disposition and approvals.
• Facilitate agency discussions and interface meetings.
