Kiewit is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead multidisciplin multi‑discipline engineering efforts for major mission‑critical construction projects such as data centers and industrial facilities. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver design‑build and EPC solutions on time and within budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience managing engineering or design on large, complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination and the relationship between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Experience with mission critical facilities (data centers, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, mining/mineral processing, healthcare, power)
• Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams, competing priorities, and aggressive project schedules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, construction leaders, clients, consultants, vendors, and trade partners.
• Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or similar credentials may be beneficial depending on the specific position and project.
• Must have demonstrated experience managing engineering teams and design deliverables on large, complex projects within the industrial market.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering execution from early design through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, architectural, controls, and specialty systems.
• Manage engineering scope, schedule, deliverables, priorities, forecasting, change orders, and milestones while addressing risks.
• Drive design reviews focusing on constructability, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and reliability.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure engineering enables procurement, fabrication, installation, startup, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
