Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Senior Engineering Professional to support manufacturing and technical operations in Lititz, PA. This onsite role focuses on delivering engineering excellence, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring regulatory readiness across projects.

Successful candidates will contribute to various initiatives involving equipment, facilities, utilities, and automation, coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining robust technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, project execution, quality, validation, automation, or related functions.
• Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects throughout the project lifecycle from planning and design through implementation and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Contribute to the development, execution, and maintenance of engineering and technical programs that support operational excellence and compliance.
• Review, develop, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, protocols, reports, and related records.
• Participate in risk assessments, troubleshooting efforts, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support qualification, validation, commissioning, equipment lifecycle management, and process improvement activities as applicable.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, industry regulations, and applicable quality requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise to project teams and business partners.
• Assist in project planning, resource coordination, execution tracking, and reporting activities.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives when required.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices that improve efficiency, reliability, quality, and operational performance.
