Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Regional Production Change Lead in Lititz, PA to drive the deployment of Operational Excellence across manufacturing sites. You will diagnose sites, plan transformations, and coach leaders to deliver sustained business results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10–12 years of Supply Chain experience across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver.
Proven experience leading manufacturing transformation and lean deployments.
Lean and/or Six-Sigma certification.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, financial drivers, and improvement methodologies.
Proven ability to lead change and develop leaders into effective agents.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer capabilities.
Strong communication, facilitation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment of Operational Excellence across targeted manufacturing sites in the region.
Build capability within site teams through training and coaching.
Coach site leaders and future deployment resources for sustainable capability.
Provide hands-on support during implementation and transformation activities.
Maintain engagement to standardize improvements and achieve results.
Lead Health Checks and Site System Checks for standards adherence.
Monitor dashboards and intervene to maintain performance.
Escalate risks and capability gaps to leadership.
Ensure consistent deployment of standards across sites.
Capture best practices and share learnings with regional/global teams.
Identify deployment improvement opportunities and refine methodologies.
Partner with site leadership, Quality, Finance, Engineering and global OE leads.
