Job summary

GAI Consultants is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with 15+ years of experience to oversee traffic and engineering projects. The role involves supervising engineers, managing plans and finances, and serving as the client representative across a nationwide client base in energy, transportation, and infrastructure sectors.

The position offers on-site or hybrid work arrangements at offices in multiple states and includes eligibility for a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in managing traffic and engineering projects.
• PE Registration with ability to attain PE in additional states.
• Experience with State Agencies; Design-Build preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineers in development of plans, financial monitoring, and client representation.
• Lead projects with complex features across multiple disciplines and integrate engineering economics and risk analysis.
• Manage project objectives, resources, and budgets, up to $150,000 per year for selected projects where permitted.
