NVIDIA's Object Storage Platform team builds and operates the company's internal S3-compatible distributed object storage service — a foundational piece of infrastructure for exabyte-scale AI data across on-prem and hybrid environments.

We seek a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead the team, owning the full lifecycle from roadmap to production operations, and to foster a high-performance culture focused on reliability, scalability, and continuous delivery.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years in engineering management leading 10+ engineers.
• Deep background in distributed storage systems.
• Hands-on experience with Go, C++, or Python.
• Experience shipping production services at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the Object Storage team.
• Own roadmap execution and delivery of internal storage service.
• Partner with PM, Architecture, and customers.
• Ensure reliability, SLOs, and production observability.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers across levels.
