NVIDIA is seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead its Object Storage Platform team, directing both development and SRE work for an S3-compatible storage service used in AI training and inference at exabyte scale.

You will own roadmaps, drive reliability, mentor engineers, and partner with Platform, Networking, Security, and global SRE teams to ensure production readiness and rapid incident resolution. Equity and benefits included.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in engineering management.
• Experience leading teams delivering production services at scale.
• Deep background in distributed storage or large-scale cloud data services.
• Hands-on development in Go, C++, Python or equivalent.
• Experience building or scaling S3-compatible object storage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow an engineering organization with focus on reliability and culture.
• Own roadmap execution for internal object storage service with multi-quarter plans.
• Drive development and operation to meet performance and scalability targets.
• Collaborate with Platform, Networking, Security and global SRE teams.
• Uphold service reliability standards: SLOs, capacity planning, incident response.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers across levels with career growth.
• Advocate for AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity.
• Represent the organization to senior leadership with status updates and risk surfacing.
