Job summary

Owner is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a 6–10+ person team focused on the guest web ordering experience for tens of thousands of restaurants and multi-location brands.

You’ll drive growth programs, own the experimentation engine, and push for enterprise-scale reliability across full-stack services, including React/TypeScript and Node.js, while maintaining a fast, hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management, leading teams of 6–10+ engineers on customer-facing product.
• Track record of running growth or conversion programs: metrics, A/B testing at scale, funnel analysis.
• Experience scaling a product for enterprise or multi-location customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through growth and maintain a high bar on shipped work.
• Build an experimentation engine to improve guest conversion and revenue.
