• Provide guidance for and manage the Machine Integration and System teams.
• Develop and manage the Motor Grader R&E budget and ensure year-long adherence.
• Maintain worldwide engineering footprint to meet 10-year plan.
• Deliver on-time, on-cost, and on-quality requirements aligned with product needs.
• Develop team skills, provide growth opportunities, and address performance.
• Partner with CAT resources across Powertrain, Software, Validation, and components.
• Engage Lean Development and drive continuous improvement.
