Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in engineering management and 4+ years as a manager of managers.
• Experience setting direction for an organization and unifying multiple engineering teams with primary customer needs.
• Ability to drive high productivity and unblock dependencies across the organization.
• Experience coaching managers on crafting team visions and translating strategy into roadmaps and outcomes.
• Experience managing organizational performance and building the next generation of leaders.
• Ability to drive accountability for technical decisions and balance long-term productivity with short-term needs.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
