Obviant is a defense-focused data/AI company seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to own a team end to end, either data engineering or product/web application, depending on strengths. You’ll inherit an existing team, raise the technical bar, and drive delivery cadence with hands-on credibility.

You will hire, coach, and grow engineers, set architectural standards, and partner with product, design, and business stakeholders to ship high-impact work for defense-focused customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience with substantial time leading and growing engineering teams.
• Proven track record owning delivery for a team: planning, estimation, and reliable execution.
