Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead multiple software teams building our B2B SaaS platform. You will balance people leadership with technical direction, recruit and mentor engineers and engineering managers, and partner with product, QA, DevOps and security to deliver high-quality software.

You will guide distributed teams, champion automated testing and CI/CD, and foster a culture of collaboration, learning and engineering excellence under the VP of Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering management experience delivering paid B2B software
• Experience recruiting, interviewing and hiring software engineering managers and engineers
• Proven ability to lead multiple geographically distributed teams
• Strong collaboration with product, QA, architecture, security and DevOps teams
• Advocacy for automated testing, CI/CD and lean development practices

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop software engineering teams and engineering managers.
• Collaborate with product, QA, architecture, security and DevOps to deliver SaaS features.
• Recruit, hire and retain software engineering staff across teams.
