Job summary

Sargent Lundy is seeking an accomplished leader to manage and grow a project team focused on high voltage substations in the U.S. You will direct engineering and design from concept to detailed execution, ensuring successful on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive HV substations experience and the ability to drive multi-disciplinary teams. The position emphasizes project leadership, coordination with team members, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• BS in ABET-accredited engineering program or advanced management/business degree.
• 20+ years experience in design of multi-disciplined solutions for utility high voltage substations.
• Five+ years leading an engineering design team through all project phases.
