Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience, plus typically 10+ years of relevant professional experience including 4+ years of engineering management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute across multiple workstreams, setting goals and accountability.
• Prioritize investments across portfolio and refocus if results lag.
• Run SAFe/PI planning cadences with minimal overhead.
• Unblock the team by addressing root causes.
• Ensure delivery while protecting long-term health, growth, and psychological safety.
• Define a vision for FastAuth aligned to priorities and drive engineering decisions across Stack (TypeScript, React, .NET, Azure).
• Lead and grow a diverse engineering team, hire senior candidates, and manage performance.
• Build cross-functional relationships and resolve misalignment with stakeholders.
