Job summary

McKesson Corporation in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the FastAuth team, accelerating prior authorization for specialty prescriptions and enabling faster therapy initiation for patients. You will own delivery, team health, and technical direction across React front ends, .NET services, and Azure integrations, guiding engineers through complexity in a SAFe environment.

This role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

4+ years leading software engineering teams, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
Track record delivering multiple concurrent workstreams with real business impact.
Technical foundation strong enough to discuss modern web stacks and cloud platforms, notably TypeScript, React, .NET, and Azure.
Experience in a scaled agile environment (SAFe or equivalent).
Data-driven delivery with metrics like throughput, cycle time, and predictability.

Responsibilities

Define a vision for FastAuth and align engineers and partners to it.
