Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with 10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in engineering management.
• Strong leadership of software teams and hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent workstreams with real business impact.
• Technical foundation in modern web stacks and cloud platforms (TypeScript, React, .NET, Azure).
• Experience in scaled agile environments (SAFe or equivalent).
• Data-driven delivery health using throughput, cycle time, and predictability.
• Proven ability to drive AI tooling adoption in engineering workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication to engineers and executives.
• Preferred: healthcare applications, EHR integrations, and pharmacy domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute across multiple workstreams, setting goals and accountability.
• Prioritize investments and refocus effort when not delivering business impact.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies and improve operating cadences.
