Qualifications

3+ years building and shipping production software applications.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, and/or .NET.
Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform.

Experience using AI tools in daily development workflow.
Ability to own well‑scoped work from refinement to production.
Bias toward finishing work with reliable follow-through.
Collaborative approach to software development and problem solving.
Comfort in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and/or .NET
Help implement Azure cloud solutions alongside senior engineers and architects
Help build and maintain our event-driven architecture
Turn complex business requirements into elegant, simple technical solutions
Take an active part in code review and pairing, both giving and acting on feedback
Deliver high-quality work at a predictable cadence
Support what you build in production, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
Participate in agile ceremonies, technical planning, and design reviews
Leverage AI tools in your day-to-day development workflow
