Qualifications

• 7+ years as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar function.
• Define and own target architecture for modern database platforms.
• Establish reference architectures for MongoDB, Redis, and graph platforms.
• Evaluate emerging database technologies aligned to enterprise needs.
• Ensure architecture supports hybrid, multi‑cloud, and sovereignty.
• Lead API‑driven, self‑service database platforms with automated provisioning.
• Define service catalogs and standardized deployment workflows.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code and platform‑as‑a‑product principles.
• Ensure resilience, multi‑region HA, and DR for database services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant on technologies and vendor offerings to drive business outcomes.
• Develop software solutions to automate manual or inefficient processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical definitions and playbooks.
• Participate in steering committees for technical and infrastructure domains.
