Qualifications

• Masters degree in a related science field with 7+ years in R&D roles.
• PhD with 5+ years in new product development projects.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline product development teams (electrical, mechanical, AME, firmware).
• Define and execute projects to scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Develop and drive DoD hardware and ink product roadmaps; mitigate risks.
• Build and manage resource plans and mentor engineers using a skills matrix.
• Coordinate with global R&D to recruit and adjust teams; travel internationally as needed.
