Green Key Resources is seeking a Computer Vision/Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead a CV/ML team building autonomous systems for real-time detection, tracking, and classification.

This player-coach role starts hands-on and shifts toward management as the organization scales, partnering with senior leadership to define and execute the CV/ML roadmap toward a field-ready platform.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in CV/ML for real-time or safety-critical applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading or tech-leading a CV/ML team and growing a team.
• Experience owning a technical roadmap for perception/autonomy products.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ with ML frameworks.
• Embedded systems and sensor integration experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow a CV/ML team, hiring across levels.
• Define and execute the CV/ML technical roadmap within your team.
• Translate product and company goals into quarterly plans and staffing.
• Contribute to development of real-time CV/ML algorithms for autonomous systems.
• Own delivery commitments and coordinate with hardware teams.
• Drive quality via design reviews, testing, and validation.
