Job summary

Talent Connect Protocol seeks a Staff Computer Vision & Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and optimization of CV/ML systems for an autonomous robotic platform. The role focuses on real-time object detection, tracking, and classification, bridging software and hardware to deploy reliable perception in demanding environments.

This hands-on staff-level role requires extensive experience deploying production CV/ML systems across ML, robotics, embedded systems, sensors, and hardware

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years in machine-learning computer vision, preferably in robotics or autonomous systems.
• Proficient in C++ and Python.
• Experience with sensors (cameras, LiDAR, RADAR) and perception hardware.
• Proven track record deploying production CV/ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of real-time CV/ML systems for autonomous robotics.
• Design ML models for resource-constrained, latency-sensitive environments.
• Collaborate with electrical, embedded, and hardware teams to integrate vision systems.
