Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks an experienced Director of Computer Vision to lead a team developing vision and perception capabilities for next-generation defense systems. This hands-on leadership role guides algorithm development, data strategy, and system integration from concept to deployment.

You will mentor engineers, set technical direction across CV, AI/ML, and robotics, and work with hardware teams to ensure robust, real-time performance in safety-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field with emphasis on ML/vision.
• 10+ years in ML-based CV solutions, preferably in real-time/robotics contexts.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of real-time computer vision algorithms (detection, tracking, classification).
• Design ML models for edge devices balancing speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate vision into architecture.
• Oversee testing across diverse environments to ensure robustness.
• Mentor engineers and grow the internal ML/CV knowledge base.
