Job summary

NVIDIA DGX Cloud seeks an Engineering Manager in Infrastructure Security Engineering to empower a distributed team protecting a GPU fleet at scale. You will own hiring, growth, and performance, and translate risk into paved road outcomes for the DGX Cloud platform.

Lead the roadmap for the security control plane, foundational security services, and autonomous security operations while collaborating with SRE, networking, and security partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering management experience with a broader 14+ year career in software, SRE, infrastructure, or security
• Hands-on depth in infrastructure, distributed systems, or security engineering to earn trust of senior engineers
• Experience attracting, hiring, and growing engineers with scalable interview practices
• Ability to turn high-stakes, loosely defined mandates into sequenced, measurable delivery
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and security topics, with ability to question design
• Proven ability to influence work through partner teams, not just org charts
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Grow the Team: Manage, coach, and develop a distributed team of senior security and infrastructure engineers; own hiring, growth, and performance.
• Set Technical Direction: Roadmap for security control plane, foundational security services, and autonomous security operations.
• Deliver Outcomes, Not Tickets: Plan to achieve measurable risk reductions, not just close tickets.
• Assemble Teams Around the Work: Form small, accountable teams with clear ownership for delivery.
• Raise the Engineering Bar: Ensure code is tested, observable, and operationally ready with human ownership.
• Communicate Risk Upward: Translate risk into actionable themes for executives; make trade-offs clear.
• Multi-Functional Collaboration: Build partnerships across DGX Cloud platform, SRE, networking, and security partners.
