Illumia is seeking a Senior Manager of Engineering to lead a team of developers and QA engineers in building scalable, reliable software on AWS with .NET. You will own production systems and drive modern engineering practices across cloud-native architectures.

You will partner with product management, architecture, platform, and support teams to deliver mission-critical applications, manage incidents, and improve monitoring and observability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software development and platform engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading engineering or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers and QA engineers to deliver scalable software.
• Own production health, uptime, and system reliability.
• Drive incident management and post-incident improvements.
• Promote modern engineering practices across cloud-native platforms.
• Collaborate with product management, architecture, and client success teams.
• Guide design decisions aligned with architectural standards.
