You will oversee lifecycle management of equipment and systems, drive process optimization, and ensure regulatory compliance across operations. The role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, MSAT, and Supply Chain to sustain uninterrupted production and continuous capability improvements, while advancing a safe and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in engineering/manufacturing/operations within pharma/biotech.
• 5+ years of people leadership in technical teams.
• Experience supporting cGMP manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team for cell therapy manufacturing.
• Own lifecycle management of equipment, utilities, and process systems.
• Drive process optimization and CAPA within quality/regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with QA, Validation, MSAT, and Manufacturing functions.
