Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering, manufacturing, or process support experience in pharma/biotech.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience with cGMP manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading investigations, CAPA, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team supporting cell therapy manufacturing.
• Own lifecycle management for manufacturing equipment and process systems.
• Drive process optimization, equipment reliability, and cost reduction.
• Partner with Validation, Quality, MSAT, and Regulatory teams.
• Lead CAPA, non-conformance investigations, and risk assessments.
• Develop and execute engineering strategies for scale-up and tech transfers.
